Built by an Athlete`s Advocate Disigned For Competitors !

To provide accessible, stigma-free, and athlete-centered mental health services that empower student athletes and high achievers to perform at their fullest potential mentally, emotionally, and
in every area of life. We believe mental health is a competitive edge.

Every session at Knew Expectations is built around the unique pressures athletes and high achievers face: performance anxiety, identity beyond the game, recruiting stress, team dynamics, injury grief, and the relentless demand to perform. We use evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care, delivered in a way that resonates with the competitor's mindset. We do not do generic therapy. We do athlete-centered
mental performance work.

Since launching our Student Athlete & High Achievers Program, we have delivered group mental wellness sessions at Bronzeville Classical School, hosted community mental health awareness
events across Chicago's South Side, and partnered with coaches and athletic programs committed to the whole athlete. We have worked with student athletes ranging from youth AAU programs to
college competitors, and we are expanding our embedded programming to the Chicagoland universities in 2025.

Mora Spicer II is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Master's Degree in Social Work from Chicago State University and over 20 years of experience as a therapist, counselor, and mentor.
